Our experience in creating environmental concepts for retailers and restaurants is built on more than 20 years of working with brands, retailers and store chains.

Our process continually evolves, at the rhythm of our projects. At the heart of our creations, there’s always a small story that is told that will build the future consumer experience. Cool&Simple, Marché Atwater, Montréal

After the mission that we received from Cool&Simple to work on the merchandising of their avenue Monkland shop, they asked us to work on their new flagship.

A global trade concept

Indeed, this new standard will be applied to all the brand’s shops to come, but also to the ones already in service right now, in order to give a new face to Cool&Simple. SHOP defined, during this project, a global trade concept, from the image to the furnitures, where the spacial organisation is based upon a proper identity and a thoughtful merchandising.

 

Thanks to that, Cool&Simple offers a space where merchandising is focused on the product values, and which they hope will create a new development for frozen food. It is how we wish, at the SHOP agency, work on the product environment to highlight it.

Mlle Anne

Anne Fortier, owner of the “Boutique Jacline”, didn’t recognize herself anymore inside her store.

In 2010, she called the Agence Shop to renew her positioning, her store layout, proposed a store concept and review her merchandising. Thanks to a maximum opening and a will to change from the owner and her team, the transformation did happen in just a few months, giving birth to “Mlle Anne”, for the greatest pleasure of the growing customer base, who rediscovers a universe where femininity is in the place of honour, and for the owner’s who sees an important raising of the crowds and of the sales.

 

Working in partnership with the staff, we worked on a new concept based on the beauty of the women and that all sizes and shapes can be beautiful if you wear the proper clothes. Lot of creative work came on the promisses of showing and explaining this idea. (you can read here an article about the project from the Les Affaires business journal)

And as if it was not enough, Mlle Anne received, during the year after the reopening, the Best Shop Award and the Best Intima Award from the prestigious new-yorker institution Intima. And we are proud to have been a part of this success story.

Bar Danone – Rosny 2

The first Danone yogourt bar opened in Paris suburb. Since July 1st, we can now taste fresh or frozen yogourts that you can compose yourself, alone, with your friends or family, with different kinds of toppings (fresh fruits, chocolate, cereals, cookies…).
