Because we believe that healthy profits stem from a strong services offer, we teach customized training workshops tailored to the realities of the marketplace and specifically to those of our clients.

Our experience has shown that a solid concept can become tremendously more successful over the long run when employees are able to understand and apply merchandising concepts they’ve learned on a daily basis.

Our offer:

We have developed a unique course of targeted training that focuses primarily on the importance of the consumer experience in order to ensure loyalty and increase spending. Some examples of what we offer:

  • In-store training workshops for employees that build on specific strategies we have been asked to implement. We teach basic merchandising concepts and place emphasis on the purposes and objectives of the company’s strategies and orientations. We offer a 3-hour course on theory, followed by a 2-hour in-store practical workshop.

 

  • One-day training offered to groups of 10 to 15 people from similar business sectors (Ex.: shops, specialty stores, supermarkets, manufacturers etc.) allowing participants to acquire basic knowledge about visual merchandising, followed by workshops.

 

  • Short workshops providing an overview of merchandising basics as well as concrete, practical solutions to make participants’ lives easier in their own retail locations. By request, our workshops can be followed up with in-store monitoring and counselling.

Who are these courses for?

Our courses are intended to be for both upper management and in-store employees responsible for store merchandising, and for anyone who interacts with product goods and/or customers (store manager, merchandiser, clerk, salesperson, part-time employee). Our courses are generally taught at our client’s facilities (for theory) or at the point of sale (for the practical), but can also be held at our own premises as needed.

Results

With every step of our involvement, participants become better equipped to implement the merchandising strategic direction of their company/brand, and more prepared to understand their customer’s needs. Employees become better informed, and by extension feel more involved, motivated and responsible about their roles and their work. This results in a tremendous benefit for the company and/or brand, and consumers will always benefit in the end from this increased awareness.
